1991–92
A shared East Penn Conference title, three District Champions and a state finalist
Northampton opened the season ranked No. 1 in Pennsylvania, won its first 19 duals and finished 20–2. A 26–21 loss at Phillipsburg on Feb. 8 was the only conference defeat, and the Kids shared the East Penn Conference title with Easton and Phillipsburg at 10–1. Along the way they beat Easton 31–21 on Jan. 16 and Nazareth 33–25 on Jan. 18.
Nazareth beat the Kids 34–20 in the District XI Duals semifinals. At the District XI tournament, Joe Reuben (125), Steve Gaugler (140) and Andy Doster (160) won titles, and Northampton sent five wrestlers to states from the Northeast Regional, the most of any District XI team. Reuben reached the PIAA Class AAA final at 125 and placed 2nd. The team finished 14th at states.
